Adam Longthorn is a seasoned professional in the insurance industry with extensive experience in product governance, underwriting, and business analysis. Currently serving as the Head of Product & Underwriting Governance at Hiscox since May 2014, Adam has demonstrated leadership in implementing the Sapiens IDIT policy administration system and developing a comprehensive technical underwriting guide aligned with new product offerings. Previously, Adam held the position of Senior Technical Underwriter at Direct Line Group, focusing on enhancing underwriting IT platforms and processes. Adam's career in insurance began in various roles, including Senior Art & Private Client Development Underwriter at Hiscox, coupled with a foundational education in Political Science and Government from the University of Warwick.
