Sara A. Goldfarb currently serves as a Senior Attorney in the Appeals Program at Hiscock Legal Aid Society, representing indigent criminal defendants in appeals before the New York State Court of Appeals and Appellate Division: Fourth Department. With a legal career spanning from a Law Clerk role at Hiscock Legal Aid Society to a Project Attorney position at the Burton Blatt Institute, Goldfarb has authored over 150 appellate briefs for Social Security appeals and has extensive experience in legal research and document analysis.
