Sara A. Goldfarb currently serves as a Senior Attorney in the Appeals Program at Hiscock Legal Aid Society, representing indigent criminal defendants in appeals before the New York State Court of Appeals and Appellate Division: Fourth Department. With a legal career spanning from a Law Clerk role at Hiscock Legal Aid Society to a Project Attorney position at the Burton Blatt Institute, Goldfarb has authored over 150 appellate briefs for Social Security appeals and has extensive experience in legal research and document analysis. Goldfarb holds a Juris Doctor degree from Syracuse University College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations, Psychology, and Political Science from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University.
