 All forms of recruitment process direct sourcing, networking sites, direct mailing, cold calling, employee referrals, maintaining resume Database, Qualifying the CV and formatting and submitting to Account Manager or Clients.
 Follow up with candidates to inform them of employment possibilities and selection.
 Responsible for contract, contract-hire & full time placements of IT professionals.
 Expertise in Full recruitment life cycle, IT staffing-Contract and Permanent Placements.
 Identifying suitable candidates quickly for client submission, screen candidates, negotiate rate, coordinate interviews, and complete relevant documentation.
 Strong interpersonal and communication skills, creativity, excellent attitude towards teamwork and common goals achievement.
