James Hornick began their career in 2000 as a Hosting Sales Executive at WorldCom. In 2001, they became an Account Executive at Akamai Technologies and then moved to Business Development at Strateg -- Aperios in 2002. In 2004, they joined Gregory Laka & Company as a Technology Recruiter. In 2005, they joined Hirewell where they have held the role of Partner & Chief Revenue Officer since then. In 2020, they became a Co-Founder of Careerwell.

James Hornick holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Penn State University.
