Richard Clare has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Richard started their career at Mitchells & Butlers, where they held various management positions for nearly eight years. In 2008, they joined Paxus/CSC, where they worked in recruitment for clients such as IBM, CBA, and Allianz for two years.
In 2010, Richard joined PageUp, where they took on different roles, including Trainer, Consultant, and Global Lead - Technical Account Management. Richard excelled in these positions and eventually became the Global Service Delivery Manager. Richard contributed to the company's success until November 2017.
Currently, Richard is working at HireVue, where they initially served as the Customer Success Director - APAC from November 2017 to November 2021. Now, they hold the position of Senior Customer Success Director - APAC, utilizing their expertise to drive customer success in the region.
Richard Clare received their ITIL Foundation certification from PeopleCert in 2015. In 2010, they completed a training program in Cert IV Training & Assessment at HBA Learning Solutions. From 1992 to 1997, Richard Clare attended Lancaster Boys School in Leicester, where they pursued various degrees and studied various fields of study.
