Mike Hudy is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the field of industrial and organizational psychology. Currently serving as Chief Science Officer at HireVue since May 2023 and at Modern Hire since October 2019, Mike has significantly contributed to advancements in selection science. Prior to these roles, Mike was the Executive Vice President of Selection Science at Shaker International, where involvement began in February 2002. From September 1997 to February 2002, Mike worked as a Senior Consultant at SHL and served as a Training Evaluation Analyst at Nationwide Insurance from 1995 to 1997. Mike holds a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The Ohio State University and a BA in Psychology from Ohio Wesleyan University.
