Juan Montemayor has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Juan is currently working as the Director of Engineering at HireVue, where they are responsible for guiding the engineering department through significant growth and technological innovation. Prior to this, Juan worked as a Senior Manager of Software Development at Rackspace Technology, leading a high-performing distributed team in building scalable cloud applications. Juan also served as the Director of Software Development at Mailgun Technologies, Inc, where they directed major initiatives and built fast-paced software engineering teams. Before that, Juan held various managerial positions at Rackspace, NewTek, and Mosso, where they led and built teams and managed the delivery of enterprise-level solutions. In addition, they have experience as an entrepreneur, founding and running their own businesses. Overall, Juan has a strong background in software engineering, team management, and strategic leadership.

Juan Montemayor obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Science with Information Technology Option from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Juan attended MIT from 1994 to 2000.
