Prior to HireTalent, Chinmay worked as a Recruitment Consultant at IMS People in early 2016, where significant sourcing of high-quality candidates was achieved utilizing various online techniques. Additionally, in 2015, an engineering internship at Hitachi Home and Life Solutions allowed for hands-on training and contributions to productivity enhancement in assembly line operations.
