Ben King has diverse work experience in the field of human resources and talent management. Ben currently works as a Client Experience Director at HireRoad, where they lead a team in delivering powerful solutions to the APAC region. Before that, Ben worked at Pinpoint HRM, first as a Delivery Lead responsible for assisting organizations in executing their HR strategy through cloud talent management technologies, and later as a Practice Leader for SAP SuccessFactors, delivering successful projects with a team of consultants. Prior to their time at Pinpoint HRM, Ben held various roles at Jemena, including Senior Manager of Talent and OD, Recruitment and Talent Systems Manager, and HR Systems Manager. Ben also served as a Client Services Manager at Pinpoint HRM, providing ongoing support and optimization opportunities for clients in recruitment and integrated talent management. Ben's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Clinician at Odyssey House Victoria, where they were responsible for case management, staff supervision, project development, and maintaining relationships with stakeholders. Ben King has a diverse education history. From 2001 to 2008, they attended Swinburne University of Technology, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Human Resource Management. During this time, they focused on studying psychology, human resource management, and organizational behavior. Prior to that, from 1992 to 1997, they attended Victoria University, where they pursued a degree in Asian Studies/International Trade, specializing in international trade and politics. Additionally, in 1994, they briefly studied at Burapha University, where they focused on Thai politics and trade.
