Mona Abujam has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Mona started their career in 2012 as an Assistant Manager BDM at Cityinfo Services Pvt. Ltd. From 2013 to 2019, they worked at EdGE Networks Pvt. Ltd., where they held various positions including Business Analyst, Product Sales Manager, Product Marketing Manager, and Product Manager. During their time at EdGE Networks, they focused on product management, marketing, and analysis. Since 2019, Mona has been working at HirePro as a Product Manager, responsible for strategic assessment, research and development of new products, enhancing user experience, enabling analytics, and improving product usability and design.

Mona Abujam holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies, which was obtained from the National Institute of Business Management (NIBM) from 2013 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from New Horizon College Of Engineering, spanning from 2007 to 2011. Before entering college, they pursued their high school education at Phoenix Public School Belgaum, focusing on Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology from 2005 to 2007. In their early years of education, Mona attended Loktak Christian Model High School, where they completed their Junior High education with a focus on Science, Mathematics, and Computer Science from 1994 to 2005. Additionally, in August 2019, they obtained a certification in AI for Everyone from Coursera.
