Katie Northrop is an experienced professional in customer success management, currently serving as Senior Manager at Hireology since April 2019, after progressing through multiple roles within the company. In addition to their corporate experience, Katie is actively involved in the performing arts as an improviser, actor, and writer at The iO Theater since January 2018. Previous roles include Researcher and Associate Researcher at LaSalle Network, and Controller/Maitre D at RPM Italian. Katie holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting from Roosevelt University, attended the iO Training Center, and completed a course at The Second City Training Center.
