Hillary Black is a Conversation Designer, Content Creator, and Speaker. Hillary started their career in 2012 as a Blogger for Jeffrey Campbell Shoes, followed by a role as Senior Social Media Specialist at the University of Michigan in the same year. In 2014, they took on roles as Social Media Consultant for WorkoutLabs and Writer, Editorial & Social Media for Grey Group. In 2016, they were a Brand + Social Media Consultant for Internet Best Friend and Social Media Manager for Vine. Hillary then joined Mav as Head of Marketing + Conversation Design in 2017 and was a Founder of Conversation Designer Jobs in 2020.

Hillary Black obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Michigan in 2010. In February 2022, they obtained a certification in Transform Your Personal Brand from LinkedIn.
