Noel O'Connell has a long history of work experience. In 2010, they were a Software Engineer Intern at Old Mutual Asset Management and a tutor for Android Development and Web Development at University College Cork, Ireland (UCC). From 2011 to 2015, they were a Web Developer and CTO at Zartis. In 2015, they became the CTO of HireHive and in 2017, they became the CTO of HireHive France. At HireHive, Noel helped companies simplify their recruitment process by providing a platform to manage their recruitment process with a single tool. At HireHive France, Noel helped companies publish job offers and manage the received applications.

Noel O'Connell attended UCC from 2007 to 2011, where they earned an Honors degree in BIS. Noel also attended Coachford College.
