Aneidy Alvarez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service and education. Currently serving as a Senior Team Lead at Hire Horatio CX since November 2020, Aneidy has developed strong leadership skills. Previous roles include Customer Service Team Lead and work as an English Second Language Teacher at Ministerio de Educación Superior, Ciencia y Tecnología from May 2018 to December 2019. Aneidy has also contributed as a Project Assistant at YO AMO RD, and held positions in sales and customer service at Advensus and Teleperformance. Aneidy holds a Bachelor's degree in Advertising from Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo.
