Alex Ross is the Co-Founder and COO of Hire Horatio CX, a position held since March 2019, where the focus is on enhancing operational efficiencies to improve customer experiences. In addition, Alex is an official member of the Forbes Technology Council since October 2022. Previous roles include Vice President and Analyst at J.P. Morgan from 2012 to 2019, complemented by early experience as a Summer Analyst in Investment Banking and a Wealth Management Intern. Alex holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Michigan.
