Ben Servidio has had a varied career in sales, marketing, and basketball. In 2020, they were the Sales Manager at hiQ internet, where they were responsible for managing sales and marketing operations for a next generation Telecommunications organization. Ben also held a Sales and Marketing role at HIQ MSP, a sophisticated full-stack IT services provider. From 2014-2020, Ben worked as a Recruiter/Account Executive at Nutech Staffing Solutions, recruiting IT, Marketing, Accounting, Operations, HR, and Administrative professionals at all levels to meet client needs. In 2013, they were the Video Coordinator for the Men's Basketball team at Barry University. From 2011-2013, Ben was an Instructor/Marketing Specialist at Rising Stars Basketball Academy, where they helped young athletes improve their skills in basketball. Ben was also the Assistant Men's Basketball Coach at Palm Beach State College from 2011-2013, where they were responsible for assisting in scheduling games and practices, providing equipment management, breaking down film, helping develop student-athletes skills and abilities on the court, tutoring young minds, filming and editing all home games and away games, and editing and distributing all film related to basketball activities.

Ben Servidio has completed a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration, Supervision and Management from Palm Beach State College and an Associate of Arts (AA) in General Studies from the same institution.
