Rob Rodriguez has a diverse work experience. Rob started their career as a Human Resources Business Partner at St. David's Healthcare in 2015 and worked there until 2017. Rob then joined Robert Half Finance & Accounting as a Recruiting Manager from September 2017 to October 2018. After that, Rob worked at Google as a Recruiter from November 2018 to November 2019. In 2019, they joined Orchard as a Senior Recruiter and worked there until May 2020. From August 2020 to December 2021, Rob worked at Hippo Insurance as a Manager - Outside Sales, providing streamlined and intuitive insurance to homeowners. Currently, they hold the position of Sales Manager - First Connect at Hippo Insurance, where they are responsible for building a network of easy-to-quote insurance products for independent agents.

Rob Rodriguez attended Northern Arizona University from 2011 to 2015, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management.
