Marta Gutiérrez Alonso is an experienced Human Resources professional with a comprehensive background in talent acquisition, employee integration, and HR business partnership. Currently serving as the Team Coordinator for the Talent Unit at Hipoges since August 2018, Marta oversees recruitment, development, and training at a national level. Prior roles include HRBP, focusing on annual business processes, employee support, and talent retention, and various HR positions at EULEN Flexiplán and ManpowerGroup, where responsibilities encompassed the complete recruitment process and the management of internship programs.
