Nino Battilani is an experienced legal and human resources professional with a background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Corporate Legal Affairs & HR at Hipac SpA since February 2020, Nino has previously held the position of Plant HR Manager at Crown Holdings, Inc., where responsibilities included the establishment of the Italian plant and the development of HR strategies. Nino's extensive experience also includes serving as Director of HR and Legal Affairs at Parmacotto SpA from 2002 to 2016, overseeing corporate compliance, contract management, trademark issues, labor relations, and business continuity agreements in collaboration with legal authorities. Earlier, Nino worked as Director of Legal Affairs at Sidel, focusing on commercial and corporate contracts. Nino holds a Laurea V.O. in Giurisprudenza from Università degli Studi di Modena e Reggio Emilia.
