Lauren Rahman Thompson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational development, coaching, and change management. Currently serving as the Vice President of People Operations at Hinton Transportation Investments, Lauren leads the implementation and evaluation of organizational development strategies. Previously, as Founder and Principal of Touchtree Consulting, Lauren guided entrepreneurs and nonprofit leaders through periods of transition. At LRT Consulting LLC, Lauren specialized in brand development and storytelling for businesses and nonprofits. Lauren's leadership roles include Interim Executive Director and Operations Director at Treetops Collective, where organizational growth and operational management were key focuses. Further experience includes project management at Thinkbox Creative and digital communications at Partners Worldwide. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Writing from Indiana Wesleyan University.
