Joel Patch is a Partner at Hinman, Howard & Kattell, LLP, with a career spanning over a decade in real estate law. Since August 2012, Joel Patch has represented individuals and lending institutions in various real estate transactions, providing guidance to purchasers, sellers, lenders, and borrowers. Prior experience includes serving as a Law Clerk at the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and as a Summer Associate at Hinman, Howard & Kattell, LLP. Joel Patch holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Widener University Commonwealth Law School and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Environmental Sciences from Susquehanna University.
