Tanya Smith is an experienced professional in client success and provider relations with a strong background in digital health and wellness. Currently serving as the Director of Client Success at Hinge Health since February 2022, Tanya focuses on improving musculoskeletal health through innovative technology and clinical care. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Castlight Health, where performance and client engagement were key, and as Network Relations Director at Genavix, Inc. Tanya also held various positions at Healthways and its successor, Tivity Health, leading teams responsible for managing extensive provider relationships and delivering health improvement programs. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Applied Physiology from the University of Colorado Boulder and a degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science from Truman State University.
