Preston Ulrich, CFA, currently serves as Managing Director at Hines since July 2024. Prior to this role, Preston Ulrich spent over a decade at Harbert Management Corporation, beginning as an Associate and advancing to Director and then Marketing Region Head until July 2024. From August 2011 to July 2013, Preston Ulrich worked as an Investment Advisor at Waddell & Reed Financial Services. Academically, Preston Ulrich holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Finance and a minor in Marketing, as well as a Master of Science in Finance, both from Auburn University.
