Karl Pearson is the current Chief Operating Officer at Hine Automation since 2022. With previous experience as the Director Of Operations at Hine Automation LLC and in Operations Management at Plasma-Therm. Prior to that, Karl held the position of Senior VP of Operations at The Gemesis Diamond Corporation, specializing in HPHT technology and single crystal growth. Karl also has experience as a Manufacturing Manager at Motorola Semiconductor (C-Port) and Brooks Automation, with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. Karl has a diverse background in manufacturing operations, production control, field service, and new product release.
