Nitesh R. has extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President at Hindware Limited since April 2024, Nitesh previously held a similar position at Welspun Group, where responsibilities included collaboration with the MD & CEO on critical business functions. Nitesh's career also includes a tenure as Head Modern Trade at Capital Foods Private Limited and significant experience at UltraTech Cement in multiple roles, including Zonal Head for Building Products Division and Category Head for In-House Brands. Early in the career, Nitesh contributed to Tata Steel as a Manager in Mechanical Maintenance and participated in the prestigious Aditya Birla Group Leadership Programs. Nitesh holds a PGDM in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Jamshedpur.
