Ganesh Lal Sindhupe has been serving as Chief Manager of Exploration & Mines Planning at Hindustan Copper Limited, Malanjkhand since February 1983, demonstrating extensive experience in mining geology and open pit mines planning. In the role of Assistant General Manager for Exploration & Mines Planning since 2005, responsibilities include the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and yearly plans, as well as managing bench-wise excavation and ore availability. Ganesh Lal Sindhupe holds a Master’s Degree in Applied Geology from the National Institute of Technology Raipur, completed between 1978 and 1981, alongside a Bachelor’s Degree in Geology/Earth Science and a High School diploma in Biology from respective institutions in Balaghat, MP.
