Hamit Luthra is an experienced taxation professional currently serving as the National Head of Taxation at Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Pvt Ltd since November 2010, where responsibilities include overseeing all taxation matters with a strong emphasis on litigation management and tax compliance. Prior to this role, Hamit held the position of National Manager - Taxation within the same company. Earlier experience includes serving as Taxation Manager at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India Private Limited from February 2009 to October 2010, focusing on indirect tax advisory, litigation, and compliance. Hamit holds a Chartered Accountant designation from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Atma Ram Sanatan Dharam College, and a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) from Delhi University.
