Alessandro Vigano has a significant amount of experience in the design and consultancy field, particularly in the footwear industry. Alessandro held positions as a Creative Director at Hidnander starting in 2019, as well as a Senior Design Consultant for PREMIATA SRL, ACBC, Moma - Frago Srl, and Golden Goose Deluxe Brand. At Golden Goose Deluxe Brand, Vigano also served as the Head of Design for the Men's and Women's Sneaker Pre and Main Collections, as well as the Women's Ready To Wear - Boot and Sneaker Pre Collections. Alessandro has also held roles as the Head of Sneaker Design Projects at ARSUTORIA SCHOOL and as a Senior Design Consultant for Slowear's Incotex Men's and Women's Capsule collection. Additionally, Vigano has experience in ski wear design as a Senior Design Consultant for VIST GmbH. Alessandro demonstrated expertise in international product design and development as the Head of International Product Design and Development at RE/DONE and provided design and product consultancy services for the Men's and Women's Trainer project at GIANVITO ROSSI.

Alessandro Vigano attended Scuola Superiore d'Arte applicata all'Industria "Castello Sforzesco Milano" from 1981 to 1986. Alessandro earned a high school degree with a field of study in Graphic Advertising. In 1987 and 1988, they enrolled in the Textile Technical Institute "Setificio, Como" for a high school degree with a focus on Textile and Apparel Cad Cam vocational course. Additionally, Alessandro Vigano also attended Textile Technical Institute "I.T.I.S. Busto Arsizio" from 1981 to 1986, where they pursued a high school degree specializing in Industrial Textiles.
