Mohit Kumar is an accomplished HR executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as President HR & Head of Learning, Talent, Organization Effectiveness, and HO-HR at Hindalco Industries Limited, Mohit has previously held senior positions at Idea Cellular Ltd, including Vice President HR overseeing regions such as Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, and Uttar Pradesh. Additional roles include Country HR Manager at HP and Manager-Capability Planning and Development at ITC Infotech. Mohit began their career as Manager HR at DSS Mobile Communications Limited (Mobilink). Currently pursuing a DBA in Business Administration and Management from the Swiss School of Business and Management and recently completed the Cornell CHRO Leadership Program at Cornell University, Mohit is focused on enhancing global HR leadership capabilities.
