Mariana Aguirre is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in organic products, compliance, and nutrition. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana operates an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. In addition, Mariana has been an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro, practicing as a nutritionist at a private clinic, and serving as a university lecturer in applied mathematics and food history.
