Ria R. is an experienced instructional designer currently working at Lillio (formerly HiMama) since January 2023, following a diverse tenure at HiMama from 2018 to 2021 in various roles including Community Ambassador and Account Executive. Prior to this, Ria R. undertook a cultural sabbatical in Barcelona, Spain, where English teaching for adult learners was a key focus. Early career stages included serving as an Early Childhood Educator at Cobourg Daycare, where individualized program plans were developed for preschool-aged children, and as an Administrative Assistant at Community Solutions Ltd, supporting operations for individuals with Acquired Brain Injuries. Ria R. holds a Bachelor of Arts in Child Studies from Carleton University and has completed education at St. Lawrence College.
