Dr. Leontin Grafmüller's work experience includes being the Head of Innovation Lab at HIMA Paul Hildebrandt GmbH, where they focus on innovation and digital business modeling. Dr. Leontin is also a member of the Advisory Board at various companies and a lecturer in Innovation Management at DHBW Stuttgart. Dr. Grafmüller is a partner and founder of INA Consult, where they serve as the Managing Director. Additionally, they have worked as an advisor to the President and in the Office of the President for Strategy & Innovation at Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg. Dr. Leontin has also held positions as a Research Associate at the Center for Leading Innovation and Cooperation and as a Research Assistant at HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management. Dr. Grafmüller's earlier experience includes working as a Consultant at Junior ISIT and as a Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter at Friedrich-Alexander-University of Erlangen-Nürnberg.

Dr. Leontin Grafmüller completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Translation Studies with a focus on French and Economics at Heidelberg University from 2008 to 2012. Later, from 2012 to 2014, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Translatologie with a specialization in French, English, and Italian at Leipzig University, primarily focusing on Intercultural Management. In 2015, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management. They continued their education at the same institution, completing a Doctor of Economics (Dr. rer. oec.) degree from 2015 to 2019.
