Mason Smith is a hospitality specialist with a diverse background in the hotel industry and customer service. Currently serving as a Specialist on the Sales Governance Team at Hilton since April 2022, Mason also has experience as a Lead Management Services Coordinator at Infor and an Associate Consultant. Previous positions include a Guest Service Agent at La Quinta by Wyndham, where responsibilities included front desk services and guest interactions. Mason has also held roles at Amazon, H&M, and as a Congressional Intern under Congressman Ken Buck, gaining valuable skills in customer service, sales, and administrative support. An early career involved ticket sales for FC Dallas, along with marketing experience at Hilton during an internship. Mason holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Oklahoma Wesleyan University, completed in 2020.
