Marlene Kuhn is currently the Head of Engineering at Hilti Group, where leadership of a team comprises 10 engineers and 3 interns, focuses on new product designs, and achieves significant cost savings in mechanical anchors production. Previous roles include Head of Fulfillment Engineering at Hilti Group, where Marlene led a team of 6 engineers to enhance cost efficiency and drive innovation. As a PhD Researcher at Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg, Marlene specialized in data connectivity within complex manufacturing systems and applied blockchain technologies. Additionally, consulting experience at Siemens involved production digitalization projects, and earlier roles at Siemens and BMW Group focused on logistics and lean management. Marlene holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg and gained international exposure through a semester abroad at Harvard University.
