Fennie Lee Jia Xian has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and companies. They started their career in 2011 as a Salesperson and part-time technician at CG Computers Sdn Bhd, where they sold Apple products and provided customer service. In 2013, they became a Senior Peer Leader in the Sunway Peer Assisted Learning Programme at Sunway University. Fennie then joined Hilti Group in 2014 as a UI/UX Designer before taking on the role of Digital Product Designer in 2017. From 2019 to 2021, they served as a Design Operations Manager at Hilti Group, responsible for managing tool chain, workflow, and team marketing and communications. They are currently working as a UX Cohort Lead at Hilti Group.

Fennie Lee Jia Xian completed an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) degree from Lancaster University from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, Fennie obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Computer Science from Sunway University, graduating in 2015. Fennie also holds additional certifications such as an MBA from the Association of MBAs, Google Tag Manager Fundamentals from Google, and the Tan Sri Dr Jeffrey Cheah Scholastic Award from Sunway University. Fennie has also been awarded the ITEX SILVER MEDAL from the Malaysian Invention and Design Society (USA).
