Charlotta Martell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as a Regional Learning Technologist for Northern Europe at Hilti Sverige since January 2016, Charlotta has played a pivotal role in renewing the company's diversity plan and gender equality policy. Previous roles at Hilti include HR Shared Service Advisor and HR Assistant, contributing to various HR initiatives.
