Oliver Heidl has extensive experience in sales and partner management, currently serving as Manager Sales and Integration Partner at Hilscher Gesellschaft für Systemautomation mbH since August 2015. In this role, Oliver focuses on establishing a global partner strategy, which encompasses global standardization of management processes, providing tools and resources for local partner managers, and engaging in best practices coaching and consulting. Previously, Oliver held positions such as Vice President Partner Management and Distribution Sales Manager at Hilscher, where responsibilities included developing a global partner management framework and managing the international distribution channel. Oliver's career began at Bosch Sicherheitssysteme GmbH as a Dualer Student, culminating in a Master of Science in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen from Technische Universität Ilmenau and a Bachelor of Engineering in Internationaler Technischer Vertrieb from DHBW Mosbach.
