Josh Margolis currently serves as CEO of Hilo Hattie since December 2023 and has been the Founding Partner at Rain or Shine Solutions since 2008. Margolis is also the Owner of Folsom Hotel since May 2006 and held the position of President/CEO at Mission Workshop from 2018 to 2020. Previously, Margolis was President & CEO of SILIPOS from 2015 to 2017 and President of PikStik from 2010 to 2017. Additionally, Margolis was COO of Exotic Estates from January 2008 to December 2009 and held various leadership roles at PeopleFinders from 2003 to 2007. Early career experience includes work as a Treasury Analyst at Verizon Wireless from 2001 to 2003 and as a Settlements Analyst at California ISO from 1999 to 2001. Margolis earned a B.S. in International Business from California State University-Sacramento.
