Aaron Bracco has extensive experience in the dairy industry, currently serving as Cheese Operations Manager at Hilmar since February 2018. Bracco's career at Hilmar includes various roles, such as Ingredients Production Coordinator for both Protein and Lactose, Ingredients Technical Coordinator, and Production Supervisor overseeing Milk Operations and the Protein Plant. Prior to Hilmar, Bracco worked as Division Manager at VBC Bottling Corporation from March 2002 to February 2018. Educationally, Bracco holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix and a Lean Six Sigma certification from Purdue University.
