Justin Glass has accumulated valuable experience in the finance industry through various roles at different companies. Justin began their career as an intern at JPMorgan Chase in 2006, followed by an internship at Grosvenor Capital Management in 2008. In 2010, they worked as an Analyst at Merrill Lynch. Justin then joined Hillwood in 2013 as an Associate, progressing to Senior Associate in 2015, Vice President in 2017, and ultimately Senior Vice President in 2021, specializing in Investments throughout their tenure.

Justin Glass completed their Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance at the Texas McCombs School of Business in 2009. Justin further pursued a Master of Professional Accounting in the same field at the same institution from 2009 to 2010.
