Pastor Theo Idiodi serves as the Resident Pastor at Hilltop International Christian Centre in Bonny Island and the Diplomat Centre since January 2022. With extensive experience in church leadership, Pastor Theo holds several certifications as a Master Trainer and Instructor with various organizations, including Dynamic Church Planting International and The John Maxwell Company. In addition to serving as Faculty Academic Dean at Victory International Bible College and as Chief Responsibility Officer at the Centre for Leadership & Church Growth, Pastor Theo has a long-standing commitment to training and organizational development in ministry settings. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Theology and Pastoral Ministry, and multiple distinctions from various leadership and theological training institutions.
