Sandra Alexander, PHR, SHRM-CP, has over two decades of experience in human resources. Currently serving as a People Operations Business Partner and Human Resources Liaison at Hilltop Community Resources since October 2013, Sandra has previously held roles as an HR Analyst and Recruitment/Retention Specialist at Mesa County, CO, from 1999 to 2013, including a position as HR Analyst at MCSO from 1999 to 2006. Earlier in the career, Sandra worked as an HR Generalist at Wastren Inc from September 1996 to May 1999. Sandra holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management with an emphasis in Human Resources from Colorado Christian University, obtained between 1994 and 1996.
