Norberto Pardelha has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, having served at Hovione since January 1981 in various roles, culminating as Senior Lab Technician and Chief Lab Technician, where responsibilities included managing lab support activities, training, and executing trial experiments. Additionally, Norberto has a strong background in event production as a volunteer Producer and Events Manager for Hillsong Church since 2004, coordinating personnel and logistics for a range of events. Previous entrepreneurial ventures include owning businesses in leathers and beachwear, alongside experiences in textiles import/export and leadership roles in several organizations. Norberto's education includes a High School Diploma, English Proficiency, and various certifications in leadership, environmental management, and lean manufacturing methodologies.
