Alison Brown has extensive experience in royalty administration, having served in this role at Hillsong Church since June 2013 and previously from August 1998 to March 2012. Responsibilities have included international music distribution, stock control, accounts payable/receivable, and customer service, alongside managing staff and volunteers and acting as a business analyst. Alison has played a key role in the installation of Pronto software and has gained proficiency in various retail software such as Microsoft Office and Attache. Prior to this, Alison worked in customer service at Koorong Books from 1995 to August 1998. Alison holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Medical Radiation Technology/Science - Nuclear Medicine from the University of Sydney, completed between 1992 and 1994.
