Elizabeth (Betsy) Hollenbach has extensive experience in municipal government and software development. Currently serving as Deputy Assessor for Hillsborough Township since September 2011, Betsy manages the annual Reassessment Program and previously coordinated its execution as Assistant Tax Assessor. In earlier roles, Betsy provided executive administrative support to the Township Administrator and mayor. Prior experience includes a tenure at Telcordia Technologies as a Software Developer and Team Lead, directing product management and ensuring timely, high-quality software delivery. Betsy holds a BS in Computer Science from Rutgers University, an Associate of Science in Computer Science from Penn State University, and is a certified Tax Assessor from Rutgers University's Center for Government Services.
