William Bohn, CFA, currently serves as the Managing Director of Asset Management at Hillpointe since July 2024. Previously, William held the same title at SROA Capital from December 2023 to July 2024 and served as the SVP of Asset Management at Simply Self Storage, where a Blackstone BREIT portfolio company was sold in 2023. William's experience also includes serving as Vice President of Acquisitions at National Storage Affiliates, which operates a self-administered, self-managed real estate investment trust focused on self-storage facilities. Earlier roles include positions at Timbers Resorts, Ronin Capital, and Breakwater Trading. William graduated from Tulane University with a Master of Finance and a BSM in Finance, Business Law, and Economics.
