Marcus Wiedower has a diverse work experience, starting from 1999. Marcus began their career as a Project Manager at Beall Gonnsen & Co. and worked there until 2005. In 2004, Marcus became the President of Burton Realty & Development, Inc., where they stayed until 2018. During this time, they also served as the President of E.W. Homes, a construction company specializing in historically accurate infill building and craftsmen bungalow style homes. In 2018, Marcus joined the Georgia General Assembly House of Representatives as a Representative. In the same year, they also worked as a Realtor at Coldwell Banker Upchurch Realty. Currently, Marcus holds the position of Vice President of External Affairs at Hillpointe, a role they started in 2019.

Marcus Wiedower attended The University of Georgia from 1993 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture.
