John Lauretta possesses extensive experience in the construction and development industry, currently serving as Principal and Managing Director of Construction Advisory at Hillmann Consulting, LLC since June 2019 and also as Principal at Hillmann Development Advisors, LLC since April 2023. Previous roles include President at Greystone from 2015 to 2019, Director of Development + Construction at HFZ Capital Group in 2014-2015, Development Manager at Artimus Construction Inc from 2012 to 2014, and Project Engineer at Northstar Group Services, Inc. from 2010 to 2012. Academically, John Lauretta holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from New York University, a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology, a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from Lehigh University, and a High School Diploma from Saint Peter's Prep.
