Cynthia J Kurpely is the Director of Quality for Industrial Solutions at Hillman Solutions, where Cynthia J has been working since July 2008. Cynthia J also holds the position of President at LORCO since January 2016. In addition, Cynthia J has served as the Mayor of Rochester Village, a Trustee at LORCO, and as a Board Member at RLCWA. Prior to their current roles, Cynthia J worked as the Quality Assurance Manager at Paulin Industries and as a Continuous Improvement Planner at Industrial Solutions. With a background in purchasing, production scheduling, shipping, outside processing, and inventory control at Dove Die & Stamping Company, Cynthia has a diverse range of experience in various leadership roles.
