Ann Gygi has extensive experience as a Land Use Attorney, currently working at Hillis Clark Martin & Peterson, P.S. since 2014 and previously in the same role at the firm from 1994 to 2008. In the current position, Ann specializes in zoning analysis, the master use permit process, and various land use entitlements across the Puget Sound region. Prior experience includes serving as General Counsel for Forterra, where Ann played a key role in the acquisition of the Teanaway Community Forest through negotiation and contract drafting. Ann's educational background includes a Doctor of Law from Seattle University School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts from Washington State University. Additionally, Ann studied at the Universidad de Sevilla.
